Rooms are clean. They get to clean every day. Location is good as it is near train stations. Convenient stores are near also. Japanese staffs are accomodating and nice as always but the non-japanese ones have a tendency to be snobbish especially on the front desk. If you wish to grab a taxi they will point you outside where you can call a taxi on your own. If you ask them to call a taxi for you, they will book you for a fee.

Since the hotel close to Tsukiji Outer Market. I went there every morning to try the difference famous food. Room space was great. I tried the others Hotels in Tokyo. They are really small. I have 2 comments on the room. 1) hot water pot is not efficiency (it took 15 min to have hot water). 2) wall sound insulation is not good enough. Staffs can communicate with English. They have storage room to keep the customer luggage.

The room we got is just enough for 2 people. Typical room size here in Tokyo. Since we stayed here during Autumn, the weather is cold. Since the weather is cold, every time we open the Air Condition, hot air is coming from there. The staff is very hospitable. When I tried to dismount my GoPro in its handle, I noticed that it’s stuck and needs a screw driver. I asked the staff for screw driver, and he provided me one, but it doesn’t fit. So he went back and get the whole toolbox. Then we finally got it my GoPro off its handle. They also offer weighing scale which we used to check our luggage’s weight since we worry that we might have bought a lot of souvenirs here in Tokyo and we don’t want to have additional payments for excess luggage in Airport. The location is also great since it’s near a train station and a convenient store.

Stayed for only 1 night here based on a friend's recommendation and I was not disappointed. I arrived in the morning and I was greeted by Audy, one of the front desk staff. Though I understandably couldn't check in yet, she handled my baggages well and professionally, as I left in to go around Tokyo. Good room space, which should be able to accommodate a solo travaler with a big luggage, with a good bed size (enough for two people). There's a sign saying that the tap water is drinkable. Shower/bathtub is not separated from the toilet, but the bathroom is clean with an acceptable size and well-stocked amenities. Good wifi connection as well. Definitely in my shortlist for my next trip to Tokyo.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and told us about the best places to eat around the area. The subway station was also very near the hotel. Despite the older appearance inside the room, it did the job for my stay. Would recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
