Exceptional staff!!! Very professional and kind. At one point, I witnessed a French woman telling off the staff because she couldn’t find her own passport. And yet, the ladies at the front desk remained dignified and professional. I am very impressed with their tremendous amount of patience and grace. Great stay!!!

Stayed here with friends so we got the 2 rooms 2 bedrooms so total there was 4 bedrooms and the rooms are connected, so we get 2 bathrooms as well. The room was quite spacious for Japanese standard hotel, it was really clean as well. The hotel located seconds away from two subway station and there are supermarket near the hotel. However if you want some late night foods there is not much around you can find.

A clean hotel at a good location close to the fish market and the local Buddhist temple. There is daily cleaning for the rooms. The hotel is very close to the H11 station that lets you access the awesome Tokyo transport network. With just one transfer to the Asukusa line that gets you to both of the airports. Overall, I am glad to have stayed here while my family and I were in Tokyo.

Amazing hotel for central Ginza, everything you could expect in a tiny home designed by IKEA ,except perhaps, a small iron. Loved my stay and for the price I would do it again. Yeah I would.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
