We had a great time staying here for 3 days. The location is perfect as it is down a quiet street and is very safe. The pool is perfect size and very clean. We did the cookery course and it was so much fun. The price is really reasonable and the staff are all lovely and friendly and helpful. High recommend.

We are an Australian family of 4 who have just today returned to Sydney from staying a week at the beautiful Gioan Boutique Villa in Hoi An. Gioan Villa is a wonderful family run business where we were spoilt by the wonderful hosts Vina, Hanh and their beautiful family who are all hands on with running the business and making sure our stay was a special one. The accommodation is super clean and the rooms are serviced regularly, the beds are very comfortable and the cold Aircon is a welcome relief after a long hot day exploring what Hoi An has to offer. Having a swimming pool in the villa is an added bonus as me and the kids were in the pool at every opportunity day and night. Vina and Hanh also run a cooking School from the Villa and I have to say that the Banana Pancakes are the best I have ever had!. The kids said the same for the Mango and Pineapple versions, it’s a must try!. Hanh was also kind enough to slip me the recipe as I was leaving.. Thankyou! The Villa is located just a short 5-10min stroll from the beautiful Old Town in Hoi An yet its location is situated just far enough out of town to avoid all the noise so you get a peaceful nights sleep. Vina and Hanh are more than happy to help with anything you need from booking tours, to organising transport to giving advice on anything you want to see or do In their beautiful home town of Hoi An. I don’t write many reviews but my family and I had such a lovely time at the Gioan Boutique Villa that I was compelled to write something in support of their business, I have no hesitation in recommending The Gioan Boutique Villa to any traveller wether it be a single, couple or family. Thankyou again to Vina, Hanh and your beautiful family for making our stay a special one. We miss you all already Matt, Claire, Jake and Lily

With so many places to choose from in Hoi An, it is very overwhelming to find a place that will tick all the boxes. Our accomodation and hosts exceeded our expectations and we left leaving very content. The location is not too far from the busy streets but it’s tucked away enough that you still gain some privacy. We also partook in a 3 meal cooking class which were probably the best meals I had tried while being in Vietnam. Amazing hosts who are friendly and so loving. When we left, it felt like we were saying goodbye to family. Next time we are in Hoi An, we will definitely be back!

My whole family (self, wife, 3y6m girl, and 7m boy) had a tremendous time staying at this family-run hotel. Everyone was so kind to our kids, and everyone is so friendly that it really felt like visiting relatives! It was so bitter sweet seeing my daughter having to say her first goodbye, albeit might be just a temporary one since we will definitely be coming back to stay at this establishment if/when we visit Hoi An again. The rooms are clean, the pool adequate for small kids (though there is no shallow end), and most importantly, the food is amazing. We actually ended up eating more often at the hotel than we did going out! That’s how good it is! The cooking class was fun as well! It helped me come up with some new recipes if my own just having been exposed to the local cooking tricks! If you’re looking for a very relaxed and family-friendly place to stay near the Old Town, this place is worth considering!

i could write an endless list of things that impressed me during the stay, beginning with the warm welcoming from the whole team, the BEST Vietnamese food we had during our 3 weeks in Vietnam and of course great interior facilities. So to keep it short, this is a must-visit. a big thank you to the family, you made us feel like we are lit bit a part of it too😉

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
