My wife and I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The attention to details and amenities provided is splendid. The room is definitely one of the best we have experienced in Japan, especially the addition of a sauna and oxygen bath tub in the toilets. We found that the location of the hotel was very convenient, with many popular spots and attractions nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed our meals at the cafe in the lobby. I would sincerely recommend anyone traveling to Kyoto to stay at this property. We look forward to being back at Gion Elite Terrace on our next visit to Kyoto.

My husband and I had a very lovely 4-night stay. Terrific location with lots of sightseeing spots nearby and plenty of restaurants. Staff was so nice and helpful. Amenities were plentiful. Our room was great, with a kitchenette (hot plate, microwave, mini fridge, tea kettle), a sitting area and balcony, a wonderful bathroom, and comfy bed. There’s even a free laundry room! Only drawback is the lack of closet and drawers for clothes, but there’s a wall with plenty of pegs and hangers. Would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic! We recently stayed 5 nights and appreciated the kindness of staff, cleanliness of rooms, and ease of getting to all the sites. The rooms are huge by Japanese standards and ours had an in room sauna which was a great way to warm up during the cold winter. Thank you for providing us with a great stay and I'm sure we will be back on a future visit.

We had the pleasure to stay in this hotel for 3 nights. We loved everything. The big room, comfortable beds, small handy kitchen with microwave, stove and Brita. Everything new and sparkling clean. The staff members were super friendly and helpful. My kids even got an origami bird as a Japanise souvenir present. Hotel's location was perfect.

Amazing boutique hotel located within Gion district. This hotel never fail to amaze me. English speaking staff and services that exceed all my expectation. Room is clean and big and comes with own sauna and oxygenated bubble bathe. Comfortable bed. Hotel has free washer/dryer and also free coffee machine. Definitely the best hotel i have stayed thus far

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
