Don't ever stay in this guest house. They provide extremely poor survice. I'm staying here right now with my family, they don't have water heater (they will claim they have hot water but) once you stay here you are forced to shower with cold water, your whole body will freeze that kinda cold. They don't have room heater. They will charge you more money compared to outside for a cup of tea and they will not give you on your time, they will give you when they will feel like it, definitely not in the early morning(if you have some pokhra tour plan) you will receive your bed tea at 9am, when they are well rested then the morning starts here. even after reading this if you wanna stay here, eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in some restaurant not in this guest house, there food is garbage and once they serve you the food forget that they will ask if you wanna something else and they will charge you more then 3/4 star restaurant for it. Best of luck if you wanna stay here hope you'll survive.

Our whole family trip was spoiled because of this guest house. They looted us. On other traveling website you will find good and old review about this guest house but me. Maneger said, that was newly built guest house and we were first guest there. I saw some construction going on in there too, so how is this old good reviews are even possible. They will claim they have everything but they don't. There wifi doesn't work, bathrooms was dirty, they don't have ac as they claim not even room heater if you are visiting in winter. They charged us 25k INR for this kind of facilities and services. They didn't had any facility to provide not even good food. Don't trust those traveling website.

A BIG NO !!!! Please don't spoil the tour of pokhra by booking this guest house Rooms were totally unhygienic Charging ports were not working The person on the desk behaved very badly with us during checkout Price charged by hotel was not reasonable There are so many better options near pokhra so don't book this hotel . Owner's son even lack basic manners to deal with customers.

As per my experience in pokhra, This hotel don't even deserve 0 Star . Search for better options. Even if you don't get any room then better sleep on lake side bench but never book this hotel 😒

Poor, extremely frustrating, shower not working, hot water not available, staff behavior-worst, charging port not working, food- normal but expensive than restaurants nearby, torn Bedsheets, A big big no to this hotel, you can go around the street and you will find so many better hotels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
