Great location, sadly room service left the window open and I got mauled by mosquitoes. View was limited but nice enough. Breakfast wasn't great, but convenient laundry and (very) small gym was a bonus. All clean and tidy, just pop over the road to the Coex mall if you want something decent to eat on a morning, plenty of good options.

The staff are generally friendly and nice. However, much room for an improvement on some sanitary aspects throughout the hotel, especially the shared laundry room-always smells poignant with mold, clothes smelling moldy after wash. lol

Hello! The hotel looks but I had rather bad experience for this price. First personnel speaks english quite bad and cant sometimes answer easy questions. All they say is OKAY. Without any wish to undestand what is asked. Second I had ventilltion working only at my last day of stay after talking to personnel. Seems like they forgot to switch it on. Is strange because technitian came to my room at my first day of stay to check it. And nothing started working since that time. Need to say the temperature outside is 5C and you need to open window in order to have some air. Third, some things like bright light of the phone are simply inconvenient for the sleep. Surprised to see this in such kind of hotel. Fourth, the training gym is rather a joke. So small and useless for most of regular needs.

Room temperature was so hot even with the window open and 5° and below outside. I tried to set the thermometer to 18 and it did nothing. Very uncomfortable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
