Everything was perfect except for breakfast, which can definitely improve. No bell boy to take your luggage and no lift so be prepare to climb stairs with luggage. No early check-in or check out. You need to tell them to change the bed sheet and towels every day, or else they will use the same one and only change it on Thursday, so make sure you tell them. We have an issue with extreme hot water every night, which didn't get fixed, so I'm not sure what was the issue.

In all honesty when we entered the building we were not sure of how clean or good the hotel would be , but to our surprise this was one of the best places we stayed at, as they say ever judge a book by its cover. Nestled in a wa and cozy environment with parking available was gladius inn with the most warmest and helpful staff. We had the best sleep at this hotel as the beds were fluffy and warm, when we asked for a baby cot it was provided immediately . The breakfast was basic and really nice and everything was easily available . Thank you for a lovely stay Gladius Inn.

First impression is very nice. Located in a nice street and Rooms are very well kept when you first enter. But the daily cleaning and replenishment does not happen. They will not change the bedsheets and towels unless you ask them (we almost argued with them to get it done). Water is not replaced (we ended up buying from the supermarket). Did not provide with the toothpaste. Tissue box isn’t available in the room. Breakfast is done from a kitchen and in an area as big as the hotel reception (which is small with 20 people seating only). Not worth the price they charge.

Horrible receptionist two girls they are very rude do not help in your luggage at all no hot water in the bathrooms only you get it at like 5:30am and after that you get Luke warm water which is not good in the month of December so better bathe early before everyone hits in the breakfast is ok the cleaning lady is only very sweet please book the duplex room for a family of 4 rooms are Verry tiny

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
