Highly recommend Glarros if you want to have the best experience in terms of location and also very good and quality service. Their staff is very kind, welcoming and supportive. I also loved the breakfast, the room was clean, nice smell.

The staff are very helpful and helpful. The room was small but very comfortable and the place was quiet and comfortable. They just need to focus more on the issue of cleanliness. For example, the room’s furnishings were not clean. The breakfast buffet needs variety. The buffet staff are helpful, quick in service, and cheerful. ..

Great location and decorations, impressive mosaic front of all room we like it. Lobby, stairs as an iconic of hotel. We stay here for 2 days and feel room too small and elevator tiny (4 persons max). Wifi fast and staff give us a hands to help many times Anyway recommended hotel in old town Tbilisi 👍🎖️

I give 3 stars for the experience with the breakfast today. 1) waited for 25 minutes for the eggs benefict, which is hardly possible to say that it is the Benefict egg. At the end we asked to put them togo. No forks or napkins… 2) waiters and stuff do not know their business, and are on a super chill 3) waiters, did not inform upfront the cooking time 4) at the same time there were many people on the production, and there were only two people in the hall Stay - yes, breakfast - 50/50 Definitely, I advise the owner that there is a big space for improvement. Lowered down to 2 stars. As they packed the food at the end as a takeaway, but we fortunate to find a hair in the food:)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
