        We just spent 4 nights there and everything was absolutely fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room clean, and whatever we asked for they brought us immediately. We have not tried any food there but room was very nice. Very good price and of course its not 5 star hotel, but for the price we paid it was than we would expect. If you are looking for room to sleep and plan to be busy visiting istanbul Town etc I highly recommend the hotel.

        I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the unprofessional behavior of your hotel staff her name is (yagmur)during my recent stay at Febor hotel. Firstly, upon check-in, the front desk staff(yagmur)exhibited a dismissive and unfriendly attitude. She seemed more interested in her self rather than the customer. As a paying guest, I expected a higher level of professionalism and service from your hotel staff. It is disheartening to have such a negative experience, as it significantly impacted my overall satisfaction and enjoyment during my stay. I will never come again to this hotel especially because of (Yagmur’s)bad behavior.. very rude and difficult to communicate with her .

        Nightmare Stay: Bed Bugs and Unhelpful Management Hey folks, just gotta share my experience at Febor Istanbul Bomonti. Booked it for 6 nights and man, was it a mistake! Breakfast? Terrible. Location? Super sketchy and in the middle of nowhere. We had some dude yelling outside our window in the dead of night, and guess what? The hotel staff did nothing. Didn’t even bother calling the cops. And the rooms – oh boy – tiny, cramped, and dirty as heck. Thought we could tough it out, but then – hello bed bugs! Showed pics and vids to the manager, and his response (Shocking)? ‘Not our problem.’ Asked for a refund for the remaining nights if we left, and he was like, ‘Leave if you want, but no refunds.’ So here's my two cents – steer clear of this place unless you’re cool with bad service, dirty rooms, and zero help from management. Just a heads-up so you don’t make the same mistake I did!

        The hotel itself was quite neat and well-maintained, which was a positive aspect. However, I have some concerns about the behavior of the staff, particularly one employee named Yagmur. Unfortunately, her demeanor was far from friendly and she displayed rude behavior throughout my stay. My initial encounter with Yagmur was particularly disappointing. Instead of offering a warm welcome, she was impolite and even resorted to shouting. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and does not create a pleasant atmosphere for guests. I sincerely hope that the management takes note of her conduct and addresses the issue promptly, as such behavior has the potential to drive away customers. Overall, I cannot say that I am very happy with my experience at Febor Hotel. While the neatness of the hotel was commendable, the unfriendly behavior of certain staff members, particularly Yagmur, left a negative impression. I believe it is important for the management to address this issue in order to avoid losing potential customers in the future.

        People taller than 160cm beware! The bed's length was only 180cm. Im 175 and using a pillow resulted in my legs dangling. Also the rooms are quite small and there is no table with chairs. You only get a toilet and a bed. Breakfast is okay, the restaurant however is basically ordering stuff from outside vendors.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
