We loved everything about this hotel, room was lovely felt home, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming with everything we have requested during our stay, loved how classy and cozy the hotel is. I highly recommend this hotel in Istanbul.

During my 5-day stay in Istanbul, nestled in the charm of Nişantaşı, this hotel left a lasting impression. The service quality at the hotel was truly exceptional, with a staff that was both helpful and welcoming. I must highlight the outstanding service provided by Arda, Mahsun, Zuhal, and Can; they truly made my stay special. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a rich and delicious spread. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient to access key points in Istanbul easily. I extend my gratitude to the hotel staff for this wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is very compact. One major disappointment was their A/C system. It’s central controlled by the hotel and if you want some A/C during winter time you won’t be able to turn it on. The breakfast buffet was ok. Location is decent as well. The rooms are small and a bit dusty. Also, it was noisy and you can hear other people through the walls and on the hallways. The guys at front desk and breakfast buffet were very kind and professional. Thank you!

It was truly a beautiful 9 days that I spent in this hotel, which helped me discover the city. New, clean hotel and comfortable room. Helpful staff ready to answer your questions regarding activities and markets in Istanbul. Excellent and secure location in Sisli, close to the metro station, and behind it is a street with stores of well-known brands and good restaurants, and nearby you will find currency exchange offices. I will definitely try booking here again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
