Lovely and affordable place to stay in Madrid that’s a metro ride away from the centre. Staff were lovely and accommodating, and the hotel was always clean. There’s a rooftop and they offer a buffet breakfast for €9. Really great, would come visit again!

Where to begin? Pickup from the airport more than 30 min waiting in the cold. Get to the hotel, electric issues, waiting again. Get a small room - no heating. Long discussions. Offer another room in second building. OK. Now lying in bed - but the street so noisy. How can one sleep here? Two coffee mugs in room are broken, one can hurt his lips easy. This is by far the worst hotel ever. Shuttle bus tomorrow? Sorry sir, it's a holiday. Of course, we did not tell you upfront - even when you ask in message. Hey, we can call you a taxi. Cost only 30 Euro flat rate. Strange, with Uber a taxi to the airport cost 8 Euro. What's wrong with you here at this hotel??? UNBELIEVABLE! Stay away. There are plenty of other hotels which cannot do so wrong than this here.

Hotel was a mixed bag. For what we needed, as a bit of a stop over from the airport, it was fine. If it was for a holiday destination I would be a tad disappointed... Pros: Good connections, 5m walk to the city centre subway and they run a shuttle to and from the airport. It was also easy walking distance to a shopping mall and some very nice restaurants. Rooms were modern and clean, for the most part. Reception was super helpful. They had a microwave in the room (ours needed cleaned though) so you could heat something up, but only place to eat it really was on the bed. Cons: Rooms were so small there was no where to put a case, so if you were in bed it had to go in front the door or one of you wasn't getting to the bathroom easy, if you were not in bed and wanted to access your case the only place to pit it was on the bed. The bed was rock hard, to the point my aching bones would wake me up. Barely got any sleep the mattress was so hard. Only one pillow Sheet thin duvet, although thankfully they did have a blanket in the cupboard. A bit stingy with the room supplies, they didn't replenish the water, tea bags and there were no coffee satchets. The kitchen didn't seem open for breakfast, we presumed it was shut for the season.

Though expensive for what it has to offer, it is convenient if you are meeting/working at IFEMA and the room is very confortable with nice little yard outside with chairs and table. edited

Despite other reviews, we had a brilliant stay. The staff recommended us places for dinner (la tagliatelle restaurant - 15 mins walk) and to tour. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The staff spoke great English and helped us with all our questions. Only 20 mins away from central madrid via metro and Free airport shuttle Monday to Friday.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
