        A very run down apartment and do not ever book it if you lucky enough to read these review. If there is a no star button for sure I will click for it! It’s totally ruin my holiday. We have book the highest floor- penthouse and it cost me RM 600 ++. I believe in this rate I can find much more better stay in Melaka. I book through Airbnb and it’s not provided the name of the apartment before booking, anyhow i will put think link for the airbnb to avoid next victim 😌 Airbnb link: https://abnb.me/JfERqTjPGEb 1. The floor is sticky and seems like never mop before. 2. A cockroach welcoming me once we open the door, seems like it’s a long stay customer ya! 3. Few light bulb can’t function at call, called to the PIC and he a technician come but end up the technician informed us it’s spoiled and cannot be replace. 4. Toilet is dirty and come with foul smell. The water heater is not working at all. 5. The bathroom map dirty and it’s come with some brown/ blood stain. No idea what’s it. 6. Water dripping from ceiling at the living room. The good point is there is a lot of restaurant/ shops/ convinient store nearby the apartment. And the balcony is super big enough with part of seaview. I believe this will be very best if the apartment is under good taken care of.

        Very poor service room air conditioner leaking and spoil the mattress. Water heater is not functioning, sink water is too dirty, no mineral water provided bed spread with dirty stain. Not recommend for stay.

        No maintanance at all. Faulty lift. Poor housekeeping. Sofa was so dirty. No lightning at night. It's so scary. I just stay around 1 hour. I check out and find another hotel. Really worst hotel I ever seen.

        booking through agoda. very affordable price for homestay (service apartment) near Malacca City with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet & within walking distance to Bandar Hilir (1km-2km). don't expect too much on hospitality. this homestay just serve you basic needs. It has no fridge, no kitchen and no washing machine, but still ok for a family or group of 4 or 5 who looking for a budget accommodation.

        Need more cleaning for the room and not well maintain... condition 7.5. Environment very good. Swimming pool is very clean. Ok to stay.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
