Highly recommended. Very spacious and comfortable room that comes with complete amenities and a bath tub. Very near MTR, Airport bus and restaurants and bakeries. The only thing I did not like is the gym as it doesn't have weights. They have only treadmills and cycling.

This is the perfect place you should visit, food quality is good, the prices are reasonable, much better than a lot of the other places. The service is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is the best place for dim sum and dinner, highly recommended.

I have stayed in many hotels in Hong Kong over the past 16+ years, and many of those were in Wan Chai. My recent stay at the 'Gloucester Luk Kwok' was very convenient for visiting the HK Convention Center and it's also perfectly located for the MTR, Wan Chai Star Ferry Pier, many lively bars, some good reasonably priced restaurants and numerous convenience stores. My room (#2510) was large, comfortable, clean, and had a great view. The AC, WiFi, and shower all worked superbly. Would stay again.

We always stay in the Gloucester, when we come for our business trip to head to China. Great location in the Middle of Wan Chai. Bars with live music and good restaurants are very close to reach. The hotel stuff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Always a great choice 👌

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
