Pros: Good location, easy access to beach, nice staff. Cons: There were always stains on towels and sheets. Very poor internet connectivity. Our room has never cleaned up properly. There was always sand and dirt on thr floor. The elevator stinks! There was zero insulation for sound! You could hear every single noise coming from outside or from the other rooms! The pool was totally useless. Very tiny with low depth. At the end they asked me to pay 300 baht for taking the laundry bag which i always do for putting my dirty clothes inside it!

Very new hotel with a very good location at Karon Beach.Very friendly and helpful staff.Very good breakfast for the hotel of such price. However there are couple of lacks first and the major disappointment is the swimming pool , which is literally 1 meter deep, so you to have your body in water you need to stand on your knees.The pics of the swimming pool are misleading , info should be provided that the swimming pool if for kids only.I suggest management to rebuild the pools are to a better swimming pool. Second flaw was a non stop repair works on the roof , so one can enjoy for hours drilling sounds or have to leave the hotel during the day time .So afternoon nap is impossible. Balcony in 70 percent of the rooms is not a balcony but a dryer space because 2 people cannot sit there . So general evaluation is 3.5 /5 .

My experience was absolutely disgusting. First, they gave us a room that smelled horrible, and the lock was broken. Then they said they only had one other room available, but the sheets were dirty. They said we could sleep in it one night, and housekeeping could change the sheets in the morning. We left and they refused to reimburse me. While we were in the lobby we noticed a lot of old men bringing in "visitors" This is not a safe or sanitary place. STAY AWAY! Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews. Edit: After back and forth for 5 days, they agreed to reimburse me.

Absolutely Amazing! Great Family accommodation. We stayed at Glow Mira Karon Beach for 10 nights. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool is lovely, the swim up bar is nice. The pool isn't very deep, but it's all you need to cool off after a day of exploring the local area. The location is great. A 7eleven, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants plus the beach, all within a few minutes walk. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind, and very helpful if there is anything you need. If ever go back to Phuket, I would definitely want to stay here again. There is also a free shuttle daily to and from the local shopping centre Junceylon. Also tuk tuks are waiting outside as soon as you cross the road, so very easy to get transport to the local markets etc. You can download the grab app when you get to Phuket, but we found the tuk tuks to be cheaper and more convenient, plus there are more fun. We booked a family room and we're pleasantly surprised with 2 rooms with a dividing door in the middle. This gave us one room with bunkbeds, a couch plus a bathroom, the main room with a King bed, couch and 2nd bathroom. This was so convenient. And being able to close the door and have some space away from the kids is worth it's weight in gold. It really is great value for money.

Advantages: The rooms are new and clean, and the staff provides excellent service, escorting guests to their rooms. The beds and pillows are of good quality, providing a comfortable sleep. The breakfast is exceptional, delicious, and hygienic. The rooms have a clear view and come with a balcony. Despite being located along the main road, the hotel effectively reduces noise, ensuring a peaceful stay without disturbances. The hotel is conveniently located close to a 7-11 convenience store, making it easy for guests to access essential items and snacks without having to travel far. Disadvantages: The parking area is spacious, but it appears to be shared with other non-hotel owners. Guests need to take their cars down an elevator to park in the underground levels of the building, which might be inconvenient for coming in and going out.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
