The place is cozy and has a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was okay, but it had a bad smell when the door was left open. I felt safe. Our room had a window facing the train station, and it was amazing to watch the trains come and go. However, even with the windows closed, you could hear them all night. The hotel provides earplugs, but for kids (in my case), it's not possible to use them. I had to stay without them to hear if they needed me. The noise was like airplanes all the time. The location is awesome. Next to the park where the little mermaid is.

Hotel position is adorable. Everything we visited from important sights is within a radius of 3 km. Metro and S train station is across the street and is connected directly with airport. Its great when u arrived tired after flight and hotel is just in front of you when u get outside from subway. 👍 Breakfast is small but u have everything u need. (Also vegan option) Rooms are clean and comfy. Employees are very accessible and ready to answer any questions. I will be back soon🫡

This hotel offers rooms with a view of the tracks and not. We had a room not facing the tracks, but the vibrations and the noise of the trains passing by quite slowly go through everything. These trains don't run as often as the metro, but still... The rooms were tidy, not too small, not too big, the staff friendly, like everywhere in Copenhagen. In the bathroom you could add a shelf. Unfortunately, we would not book this hotel again, but only because of its location.

Fantastically located for sightseeing. It is literally next to a railway station (there is some noise from the passing trains, mostly during the day - earplugs provided). Rooms of adequate size, comfy beds. There is no private parking, however public parking available within 2 min walk, didn’t have too much trouble finding a spot. Super friendly stuff, had a nice chat during check in which was done in almost no time. If you are not a light sleeper I highly recommend.

Good rooms for a fair price. Our window was a meter from the train tracks, but since it was cool enough to keep the window shut this was no big deal. It might be tough in summer with the window open. Good location for walks in city center and for catching a train (!). Cons: - rather annoying there is no shelf in the bathroom. A plus for the paper towels though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
