        I would say, the hotel was nice enough for its price. Towels looks overused and dirty. No rag outside the bayhroom NO dental kit, NO slippers, No Hangers if you need to hang some clothes. NO bottled water inside the room, but they provide disposable cup and go Outside and get some water near elevator which was very inconvenient. BUT there are things I like about the hotel, was able to work since WiFi was fast enough to do my task.

        It looks good when entering the room, everything is there: safe, flatscreen, quite aircon. But then you hear the neighbours talking, and the tv in the evening. The walls are too thin! Also I had 3 small Cockroaches in. 2 days.

        You need to bring your own slippers because if you have OCD you will know. The bathroom tiles are slippery. The toilet is separated from the bath. They only give 1 key card every room. Employees are nice though.

        Located in the heart of Ermita Manila but typically what I would expect on a low star hotel. They do not have a tooth hygiene kit and hair dryer but it has a good workstation and it is perfect for on the go travelers or those who need a little break on their normal lives but just for sleeping. They do not have food service but they got a mini bar store at the reception.

        Everything was great specially staff is very helpful. I have booked this hotel third time in a row and will be booking it again in Feb 2024. Only thing I would like to request is if possible please add some basic facilities like Netflix, glasses (not the small paper cups), cups for coffee, cutlery set, a small fridge and microwave and this will be the best hotel.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
