The WIFI was terrible on 5th floor,

We stay for 10 days The lobby was ok..the breakfast nothing special,poor and no so many western tastes. The pool.was very dirty and the water was green. We have a room with double bed and single bed ath the 3th floor. Very noisy from the next restaurant all the time and the room was very dirty..the towels with stamps and the bathroom was old and dirty.. We ask for rent a bike and they said a crazy price..we ask for transfer to the airport and they said is not available,but on the booking.com they said transfer is available always. The staff was rude and not communicating. We stay for 10 days because our reservation was prepared and then we go next to Novotel with 8 dollars per night in a new hotel and very close to the beach.

I đin't like this place.There were a lot of mosquitoes and ants in the room and it was not cleaned properly.It was not friendly at all and there was no service available for travel.and breakfast was bad too. In the fruit, insects came out and had to drink coffee in a glass cup.but the bed condition was good and the air conditioner was good. If you are looking for a cheap, complimentary breakfast hotel, I recommend this place.

A more budget option in comparison to the resorts nearby. The beach is about 20 minutes on foot, and there are plenty of great restaurants next door. The pool is nice, and they have a laundry service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
