As good as it get! We did spent 3 nights at this hotel/resort and the experience was so good! The hotel/ resort is a kind of classic model but it's enough for all your needs. It has a fantastic private beach and nice pool. I can see that almost facilities are well maintained so far. Our room has a very large balcony with a heartbreak view directly to the ocean. The room services are also good. As we have children so we have order tons of new towels and many many other odd things such toilet paper, cups, bags...everyday but it's provided almost instantly. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel for your family vacation in the central of Vietnam. P/s: I see that this hotel has the massive ballrooms, meeting rooms which are suitable to your company's holiday and events.

Very Nice Hotel...Huge Room, 2 TV's, living area separate from sleeping area. King bed was very comfortable, whirlpool bath separate from shower. Shower had flood shower head, and separate handheld sprayer. Balcony was very large with a great view. The Beach was indeed Golden, very clean, and just a few minute walk. The hotel pool was huge, with plenty of lounge chairs available. The breakfast buffet had many options, and the food was hot and in good supply...with fresh omelettes made to order. I highly recommend this resort, and will definitely return when I visit the area.

Disclaimer: We do not receive any financial compensation from “Gold Coast Resort & Spa” for this review. Moreover, we are not professional “Hoteliers”, and the review is resulted from the actual experience. We will review the hotel in three areas: Facility/Room/Breakfast, Location and Service FACILTIY/ROOM Gold Coast Resort & Spa has all the necessary characteristics of its peers, but it is struggling with the lack of tourism to the area. On the day of our arrival, there was no one at the entrance and exactly one single staff manned the grand lobby. The room is clean. We got upgrade to the sea view without charge that overlooks the hotel’s pool on the ground. The sea view from the room is fantastic. Breakfast is mostly Asians. The dining room was fairly hot when we came for breakfast at 6:30 AM. LOCATION The hotel is located in an ongoing development tourist beach section of the town. The area feels very empty and isolated. SERVICE Not able to rate due to deep cut in staffs. Overall, we would give Gold Coast Resort & Spa 3.9/5.0 rating for its value and price of 1 night experience of stay as of 3/23/2023.

The resort was extremely clean and the staff were all kind and helpful. For those English speakers out there, the front desk staff know English very well and it is easy to communicate. They helped us book travel plans, order taxis, rent scooters, and find places to eat. Room was great, wonderful views and access to the ocean

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
