        I would not recommend this hotel. The first room had no hot water which could not be repaired. We had to move rooms but the second room had a very bad smell. There was a garbage like smell which could not be ignored. We had to move rooms again but the third room smells even worse. The smell comes from the bathroom therefor it smells like sewer. The service was good but the stay is not worth it!

        That's definitely not a 4-star hotel. Windows don't open. The AC is loud. Can't sleep because of this. It's situated by a very noisy highway. Not too many restaurants nearby.

        Room is very small. Clean. No view. Hot water temperature changes everyday. Breakfast buffet was disappointing. Staff demand money like we are going to run away. Half the staff don’t understand English. In room dining menu is disappointing and food quality is not up to mark. I request the Hotel management and staff to visit 4 star Hotels in Delhi ( India ) and learn the meaning of hospitality.

        I would not recommend this hotel. The first room had no hot water which could not be repaired. We had to move rooms but the second room had a very bad smell.         In my experience room is huge on 15th floor 👌with low ceilings(😞).Very less vegitarian options (😞). Have to go to other building for food(😞).Hotel have two lift which is enough for 10 to 15 people, but when I talk about group it's nothing. and one of the lift was not working.where as they manage to send customers through service lift. I end 👏

        Very bad experience.. Lifts are so little and slow.. we have to wait about 30 minutes everytime for lift... Bathroom is so short...

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
