        Loved the location, the views were stunning and the staff was attentive and friendly. Loved the personalized welcome message in the room, the food was great and it was only a 15 min walk to areas with shopping and additional dining. The rooms were clean, well maintained and very romantic in set up. This was a last minute trip for my wife and I so I didn’t have much time to do research so I felt very fortunate to find this place. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

        The bathrooms were very dirty - there was mold. The balcony and swimming pool needed to be cleaned better. While the location is great, the lack of cleanliness at the hotel makes me certain I will never return.

        The space in the room is good. Cleaning in the balcony could be better. Concierge are kind and helpful. Sunset view is absolutely amazing. I liked getting breakfast daily in the room, however I would prefer having more flexibility on the time to receive it, as the time slot for breakfast are limited. I appreciated the synchronization of transfer with hotel staff, in my case through Costco package, it was super synchronized.

        Loved the location, the views were stunning and the staff was attentive and friendly. Loved the personalized welcome message in the room, the food was great and it was only a 15 min walk to areas with shopping and additional dining. The rooms were clean, well maintained and very romantic in set up. This was a last minute trip for my wife and I so I didn’t have much time to do research so I felt very fortunate to find this place. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

        The gold suites were phenomenal! Excellent location, breakfast, and overall customer service. Konstantina (concierge/front desk) was incredible and made our stay so special! 10/10 recommend and would go back.

        The hotel was beautiful, it has the best view on the island. We had our own balcony with a tiny hot tub (perfectly sized). We were just a short walk from Fira. There is a walking path from the pool all the way to downtown - which was amazing. Also be prepared to have your mind blown with an amazing breakfast - every single thing I ate was amazing. I think about the breakfast often and how I would love to return one day. My fiancé and I got engaged in Santorini, we came back to the hotel - he got a bottle of champagne (not provided) but had an amazing breakfast and morning. I can't say enough nice words about this hotel - I wish I could stay there again!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
