        Overall I would say this is a ‘no frills’ resort. If you’re looking for the total package I would probably go somewhere else. However we had a pleasant stay and didn’t have much need to interact the staff, so I didn’t have the difficulty that some other travellers have encountered. I had a villa and the room was large with a separate bath and shower in the bathroom. The bed was hard (v common in SEA) - the room was dated, but serviceable. The pool was great and never too busy. You are right on the beach and very close to all the street with a wide variety of restaurants, bars etc.

        Great place at the beach front, especially if you rent 2nd floor villa. Very much enjoyable at night when you listen to the sea wave sound. The breakfasts could be better, that is the only minus I can mention, but still 5 stars never-less.

        Keep your distance if possible; while the location is fantastic, the service from the crew is subpar. My neighbor's child seems smarter than the staff. They should consider replacing the entire crew with individuals who understand how to cater to customers, preferably those proficient in English.

        Overall I would say this is a ‘no frills’ resort. If you’re looking for the total package I would probably go somewhere else. However we had a pleasant stay and didn’t have much need to interact the staff, so I didn’t have the difficulty that some other travellers have encountered. I had a villa and the room was large with a separate bath and shower in the bathroom. The bed was hard (v common in SEA) - the room was dated, but serviceable. The pool was great and never too busy. You are right on the beach and very close to all the street with a wide variety of restaurants, bars etc.

        We booked a table for our evening meal , you said if we were late you would only hold the table for 10 minutes. Which I get not a problem. BUT you made us wait for our meal for 1 hour 10 minutes and then had the check to charge 10% for service???? . I saw so many people walk away disappointed because wrong orders or meals not coming out as a table together. Sorry but needs sorting.

        The least friendly reception staff I met in any Thailand hotel. A long list of below average things, including facilities, service, food. It would be 2.5 stars, if my rental scooter would not be stolen by the hotel staff member. Yes. You read it right. My rental scooter was stolen by the hotel staff member.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
