Overpriced. Some of the staffs are NOT friendly. Cleanliness is moderate. We saw a cockroach crawling from the shower drain, ew. Bathroom’s exhaust is not working, the bathroom stays wet ALL THE TIME. There is no validated parking, we have to pay again (excluded the from room price). Breakfast is just ok. The AC cannot be controlled, it can only be turned on/off. Bed is not cleaned properly, it was smelly. The only nice thing about the hotel is the building interior design. In conclusion, it was not a pleasant experience 😡

Disgusting hotel with full of liars at reception. There is a music outside the hotel that starts at 5am and lasts up to 10 hours everyday. The receptionists promise to give similar but silent room the next day but all lies. Lying is a common habit for receptionists at this organization. The rooms are under a huge bug infestation. Inhuman staff. I got food poisoning and didn’t eat anything whole day then I’ve ordered banana on Grab to relieve my stomach. I’ve informed receptionist that I’m sick and asked them to bring me the fruit. But damn receptionist neither took my fruit from the delivery guy nor sent it to me. And everything is old and ugly inside. Most positive reviews here are fake.

The meeting room was quite big, but unfortunately the facilities in the bedroom were not satisfied enough. The kettle was broken, and the bathroom was unclean. The meals did not meet my expectations, even omelets were not good. They cooked my request differently.

The Hotel Is Located In A Rather Quiet Road But It's A Really Old And Fancy Hotel. There Lots Of Rooms & Facilities In The Hotel. It Has A Huge Parking Lots Underground. The Hotel Can Also Held MICE Activities Such As Weddings That Can Accommodate Hundreds Of People. Overall, It's A Nice Hotel To Stay In And The Breakfast Is Amazing.

i was in their executive room.. they have polite staffs.. easy access.. fast check in and check out.. good facilities.. complete ammenities.. the building seems quite luxury.. good breakfast, but the dining menu was better.. and yes, feels like youre in old money penthouse..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
