The location is perfect to me to went to Blok M square to shopping since it’s just nearby and walking distance. The service by the staffs were helpful and friendly. But I don’t like my first room. No window, only got 1 room available and only queen bed. The room are too small for RM 250 hotel, even in KL, Malaysia i can get better rooms with that kind of price. Even the toilet are too small and the shower can’t going down. Luckily i only stay that room one night then the next day change to normal room but need to add extra RM 50, it’s okay atleast better than stay in the jail. What a day in Jaksel 🫠

Fair price but easy to lose wifi connection and have difficulty to re connect it. It is quite noisy night time but easy access to souvenir shops and many restaurants such as Japanese and Korean.

My Favourite Hotel in Blok M, good staff especially the scurity. They are very attentive and good hospitality. The room is quiet good, breakfast also oke for 4* hotel.

I feel sorry to say this, but I had uncomfortable moments during the stay. I reserved for the deluxe one, yet it wasn't had room window. The carpet floor even more become the issue since it was wet and a bit dusty. Encourage my asthma syndrom to come. Even worst, I could't had another option as they ensuring me that all deluxe room would had no window as well. Gosh

Kinda disappointed that, they don't provide any good explanation about why they can't refund the parking fee without any further notice. The hotel is located in a managed parking area. (I Should've give them 1 star rating for this 😅) But. I really liked the room service detail cleaning. Got myself sold when I find out, my charging cable was folded nicely. 😀

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
