        Christine was absolutely amazing! From the time we checked in until we checked out, she provided us with transportation (scheduled), food recommendations and things to do. She truly went above and beyond our entire stay. We felt extremely safe at the property apart from one incident which she was notified about and corrected. I truly enjoyed Santorini and would definitely recommend it to anyone! Be sure to stay with my girl Christine! You will not regret it. We stayed 08/20-23/2023!

        We had a fabulous five night stay with our friends in the beautiful Golden Comfort Suites Villa with jacuzzi. The accommodation is very modern, spacious and clean and is very well equipped. There is a restaurant/snack bar, supermarket and a bus stop within walking distance. Christina the host kept in contact with us throughout our stay and the housekeeping staff were very friendly.

        This is trip was for my honeymoon and I directly made a claim to the owner in regards to a misleading representation of the property location on the website (hotels.com). Due to the HONEST circumstances, I requested a refund from hotel.com (excellent service) which wasn’t approved by the owners/responsible. The owners/responsible clearly agreed with me that the initial location on the map wasn’t right - please see pictures attached. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay with someone who wouldn’t do fair business as they could do other things as well. This is not about the money but to be fair with customers as they stole from me.

        Beautiful accommodation! Spacious rooms. Super location at a picturesque village of Santorini! Christina was very helpful and provided us with many information related to the island. Overall it was a great experience!

        Excellent place to stay with pretty good prices. It is located in a quiet location & very close to Fira, Kamari, etc. The room is beautiful, well-kept, clean since it is shared every day. Christina, who manages it, is simply wonderful & will serve you as best as she can in anything you ask for.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
