        At the midnight, I received 2 calls to my cell phone and 3 calls to my room from the hotel. Then the hotel staff gave my room number to an outsider and the person / the guy visited my room. It was 1:00am and 2:00am, It's the worst. Guests' privacy is violated and it's scary. There were dead cockroaches lying around in the room, and the cups in the shower room were filthy. Air conditioner temperature settings are managed at the front desk only and cannot be adjusted individually. Wifi cannot be received unless you move to the aisle side. There is nothing nearby, very inconvenient. I will never use this hotel again. I directly informed the hotel staff during the day about this matter. I'm not doing anything unethical. I'm not exaggerating what happened either. That's just a fact. When I wrote a review on a hotel booking site, I was told to "observe ethics." that can be said for only you Even if we review the facts, we only receive incomprehensible replies from the hotel staff. No apology either. That outsider is not a police officer. The outsiders here are Grab drivers, and they are definitely outsiders.

        We came early as we have appointment in the hospital. So we came at the hotel to drop our luggage. We haven't say anything when the receptionist already say, can't check in yet. My husband get frustrated as our intention is to leave the luggage first. Then we came back as thw receptionist mentioned that we can check in at 12noon. But NO, 2pm! I even managed my booking to get special request for early check-in but no avail. So we don't have choice but to wait at the lobby for 2 hours with NO WIFI. At least provide wifi, TV or water. 😕 Receptionist are not that accommodating. I'm pregnant some more and expecting to get some rest.. Won't stay here again.

        Rooms are ok for this price. But the service by the person at the evening was rude. Not even wanted to reply for our questions. Not recommended, cigarette smoke smells are everywhere in the lift lobby. But rooms are ok.

        It is more of budget hotel (hostel like) accomodation than 3-star hotel with complete basic amenities but lack of hospitality. If u arent fancy services, u can stay here. The price is good for the location but I'd say that is also high compared to similar ones even in Kuala Lumpur.
