The one in the center is Mr khanh, he was our host to the hotel, knew English well. Also the hotel staff and everyone are helpful here. He even came to the airport to give us the passport which was left with the reception. So from my side it was a very good experience staying there as well as with the hotel staff too.

Nice new rooms with stylish renovation. There is access to the balcony, but it is shared with the neighboring room. The bathroom is beautiful, clean, large shower. The water was hot from the roof, so sometimes it was straight hot and sometimes warm. The room has a small refrigerator, which helps a lot with fruit, since you can’t just leave it like that - there are ants. The bed is clean, the towels too, the air conditioning works well. Decent shampoo and shower gel. Nearby is a great beach. The price is great.

We are long-term travelers. This is the best value for money 👍 accommodation for me who likes swimming in the sea and for him who likes swimming pools. I will definitely visit again. The owner couple and their lovely children are really nice. It's love♥ *As a Korean in my 50s, I liked the hard bed better^^ *It's a great location to take the first Vinbus to the city and then visit again.

This hotel seems to be in a place where there is activity considering all the buildings right next to it. However, these are 80% empty so you will find a quieter and more intimate place with no action around. For the hotel, it is clean but the owner is not at all warm or welcoming. He does not speak English. We arrived there, he was quick to give us our room and we had no information on the surroundings, the tours available or even the swimming pool. During our entire stay I didn't get a single smile from him. Given that the few hotels in this complex are all identical, I 100% recommend that you choose another hotel with a much more welcoming host than this one.

Very good, I forgot to get the CCCD back. When I got to the airport, the owner was very enthusiastic from the hotel to the airport to bring the CCCD out for me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
