It is located within the UNESCO protected Diocletian’s palace. They’ve got AC, spacious room with shower, closet, small table, chairs etc. No elevator, tiny stairs only but the owner was really friendly and they are always available to help you! It was a bit noisy during the night time as you hear drunk people passing by the area…. Stay was amazing and the place is very easy accessible, there are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, etc around. It took about 30min, you’ll need to walk may be. 3-5min walk to reach here as cars can not enter this protected area.

It’s inside the Diocletian Palace at the Golden Gate to be precise which is part of UNESCO heritage site. It’s a stone throw away to major sites inside the palace. Vlatka the host is extremely helpful and prompt whenever I have queries. Truly recommended!

Great bijou apartment with a view of the top of the bell tower. The entrance is actually in the historic golden gate, so expect to be photographed every time you enter and leave! Not a problem for me, but 3 flights of a spiral staircase might be an issue for some. Staff are very friendly and helpful which was the icing on the cake for a great stay in Split.

Excellent location - in the old city walls - just. This means that you are where the action and ambiance is without being right in where it's hard to take your luggage. At the Golden Gate it is also quieter. The rooms are well fitted out but you have to climb several flights of wooden spiral steps before you reach the rooms. The location is right inside the Golden Gate. Highly recommended.

This place was amazing! 17th century room within the golden gate! We feel privileged staying in such an old place. Room was clean, quiet and had everything you would need. Be prepared for spiral staircase to enter the room but added to the experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
