Great value for money, very clean, central location - Great location, very close to the Sword Lake and right in the middle of the action. - Great and friendly staff. - Very clean room, cleaning was done daily and towels were also replaced every day. - Quiet room and comfy bed, slept very well. - Very good breakfast, with both European and Asian options (not a lot of options, but delicious nonetheless). You should order the pancakes, they were great. - Quick turnaround for laundry (we gave them the clothes in the morning and they were back in the evening).

When you want to explore, you want to stay at a comfortable hotel and close enough to the area to evade the buzzing crowd. This place provide exactly that. Close to good local food , gift shopping and sight seeing of the Hanoi lakes and cathedral. Lily and the team spoke good English and can definitely give you good guidance of things around the area. Thank you for a memorable week in Hanoi.

The rooms were relatively small, some not even having any windows but its relatively reasonable for its price. The morning breakfast they served was eh and I just went to other shops to eat. The location was great though at least for me as it was beside my grandmothers house

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location, breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

Nice simple food. Breakfast quality depends on the chef of the day. Friendly staff. Toilet facilities are quite modern and clean but the room facilities are a little dated. Plus point is the room are very quiet as there is a double wall window.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
