We had a nice night at the Nugget. We ate at Vic and Anthony's and it was great. Staff and general manager were friendly and attentive. The casino was clean and festive. They had a real nice parking system where it scanned your license plate and you paid by app. $10 to park when we went.

I would rate this hotel 5 stars across the board. The rooms aren’t perfect but the service is outstanding. We were checked in by a gentleman by the name of Jamal and I appreciated how patient, kind and knowledgeable he was. He provided excellent service and should be recognized for his hard work. I should also acknowledge the rest of the staff who took really good care of us. I would stay here again.

We would like to extent our most heartfelt and sincere thank you to the entire team at Golden Nugget for a fantastic wedding on October 15, 2023. From our initial meeting with Stephanie and Amber, to Toni, Rose, Jim, the entire kitchen, and food service department, and even casino floor, we could not have been more pleased with the level of commitment, engagement, dedication, and follow-ups – that led us all the way to a flawless ceremony and reception! Every question(s), request, or inquiry we had was greeted with “yes we can”, “let us arrange that for you”, and - especially important being 500 miles away in Raleigh, North Carolina – “do not worry about this or that, we’ll take care of it”, and indeed it was! Everyone commented on how outstanding all the food, deserts, and service were (and with the majority of my French family in attendance, that is not a small feat!), how great the rooms, lighting, and venue(s) looked. Even the cocktail hour with signature drink and outstanding spread of meats and cheeses was a resounding success! Thank You for an unforgettable time, outstanding staff dedication, and genuine devotion, across the board, to taking care of your guests – however big or small the occasion!!! Had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Nugget for a business conference and I have no complaints. The staff, hotel, and atmosphere provided safety, cleanliness, and great customer service. Victoria at the Front Desk was exceptional and provided top notch customer service throughout my entire stay. Valet, security, and housekeeping were all top notch! Great people working at this establishment.

Such a wonderful stay! The rooms were nice and neat. The room service was delicious and came quickly. All of the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was laid back and casual. My now fiancé :) proposed at the Chart House on our last night and they truly made it a magical night for me. Thank you so much to everyone. We will most definitely be returning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
