We stayed for 5 days here and really liked it. Rooms were spacious, modern and spotless clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which is a big plus. Breakfast was good and the pool behind the restaurant is quite cozy. The hotel is situated next to a big road that is not pedestrian friendly (it's quite a hassle to go around walking) but the hotel has scooters available to rent so if you decide to take one, you're golden. I definitely recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Paradise Hotel during my visit to Phuket during the first week of June , and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is a stunning oasis nestled amidst the natural beauty of Phuket.. Spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with modern amenities, it provided the ideal sanctuary after a long day of exploring. The attention to detail was impressive, from the plush bedding to the carefully curated decor that reflected the local culture. The view from my balcony was simply breathtaking, offering a glimpse of the azure Andaman Sea . The hotel’s restaurant offers a diverse range of mouthwatering dishes that cater to all palates. Whether it was the delectable local Thai cuisine or Indian specialties, They also offer Thai and Indian cooking classes. In terms of location, Golden Paradise Hotel is ideally situated in Karon beach - It is a short distance from the vibrant streets of Patong area Overall, my stay at Golden Paradise Hotel was an unforgettable experience.

The accommodation has New branding hotel and very cozy and super tidy. Cost also very affordability. Receptionist also very kindly. When I staying a room I was so relaxed. I will consider it for booking on this hotel again when return at Phuket.

Great location near Karon Beach. New hotel but does need improvement for service like shuttle to airport and near by city center, breakfast, in house Mini Mart. Rooms are OK, simple and clean. Would stay again due to quiet neighborhood.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
