        I stayed there with my Family. Rooms are nice and clean we got two rooms. The thing is beach towel is always not available. Aircon has a loud noise sometimes that makes us feel scared. Staff are nice and friendly. It is located in station 3 which is nice near in activities or port for activities. Accessible to everything. Their swimming pool is also nice. It is also beachfront hotel so you have a nice view when you are eating in their breakfast buffet. Love the food too.

        I recently had the misfortune of staying at Golden Phoenix Boracay, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. It's not often that I feel compelled to write a bad review, but the blatant disregard for customer service and accountability exhibited by this establishment has left me no choice. The most glaring issue I encountered was the hotel's failure to return my security deposit as promised. I followed all the necessary procedures, made sure the room was in impeccable condition upon check-out, and even inquired about the status of my refund multiple times. However, it became painfully evident that the staff at the Front Desk has mastered the art of evasion and stalling. In addition to the security deposit debacle, the overall experience at Golden Phoenix Boracay, was underwhelming. The room was in dire need of maintenance, outdated furnishings, and a general lack of cleanliness, the promised day to day room service or clean up was also not fulfilled. It was evident that little to no effort had been put into maintaining the property. The staff's attitude was also disheartening; they displayed an apparent lack of training in dealing with customer concerns and a shocking indifference to the issues we raised. If you value your hard-earned money and expect even a modicum of customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding Golden Phoenix Boracay at all costs. There are countless other hotels in Boracay that can provide a far superior experience. My advice to prospective guests is to stay far, far away from this establishment, unless, of course, you don't mind losing your security deposit without explanation or refund.

        Not great not terrible. The room doesn't have a nice view at all it's just plain wall from the outside, the air conditioning is not working properly and it's hot inside the room. We called the staff and they say its working fine. There were 1 cockroach in the bathroom and outside of our room are people smoking, definitely not kids friendly hotel. The breakfast we had was terrible the taste and texture feels like it's all canned and it will take at least 30 min for them to refill. The only best part was their pool and location. Not going back again.

        Absolutely amazing hotel that sits on the top of this amazing island. The room was spotless and cleaners came everyday. Couldn't fault this hotel. It's got everything you need for your stay on this amazing island and once you're here you'll realise you don't need anything but more 🧡

        I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, the level of cleanliness and overall experience left much to be desired. First, the bedsheet in my room had a cockroach! I was utterly disgusted by this lack of hygiene. Next, the lack of TV channels was a major disappointment. After a long day, I was hoping to unwind and catch up on some shows, only to find that there was nothing to watch. It felt like a wasted opportunity to relax and enjoy my stay. The bathroom had a persistent odor of urine. I couldn't escape the foul smell even for a moment, making my stay extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. The bathroom's water supply was faulty, resulting in an overflow onto the floor. I had to deal with a wet and slippery mess every time I entered the bathroom. It was not only inconvenient but also hazardous. Even the lighting in the room was abysmal. The dim lights near the bed made it almost impossible to do makeup. It felt like I was stumbling around in the dark, which is definitely not what I expect from a 4 star hotel. Lastly, the lack of a charging port near the electric kettle was a major inconvenience. I had to move the kettle around and search for a suitable outlet, wasting valuable time and effort. This oversight in room design is simply unforgivable. Overall, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The unhygienic conditions, lack of entertainment options, foul odor, water overflow, dim lighting, and inconvenient amenities made it clear that this establishment does not prioritize guest satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice and explore other options.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
