        We stayed at this hotel for one night. Long story short, it was way below our expectations. Our room had stains on the walls and ceilings. Some of the floorboards were also coming apart. Other than that, the pillows smelt terrible. I'm not sure whether it has been washed. It's not worth the stay if you're genuinely coming on a holiday and looking to relax. It's alright if you need a place to crash for a night or two. I do think the rooms can improve in terms of cleanliness. The place also needs a few minor renovations here and there.

        1. The hotel lobby looks nice. Great location and public parking is available near the hotel. 2. The room was exceptionally poor. I have been in many budget hotel & 5 stars hotel before but this is the worst. Dirty & stain on the bed sheets, dust everywhere too. Dirty and poor wall paintings. 3. The deposit, you have to pay it by way of cash..cannot pay deposit by cashless payment..no other option were offered either..i was tired and it was almost 11pm during the check in, and i have to go to the nearest ATM just withdraw my cash to pay the deposit. No apology were said to me for this from the receptionist Aina. 4. The receptionist named Aina (if i am not mistaken) should learn how to smile and apologize if you cannot fulfill any request of the customer, instead of making salty face and focusing on your phone while attending to the customer.

        We checked into the hotel about 8 p.m. and returned to our room around 3 a.m.; there were no staff members present, and the main door was shut. We rang the bell several times and no one came. After 5-7 minutes, the worker came out of the room and didn't even apologise, and the way she questioned us, "What do you want?" … The team requires some customer service training. We mentioned we needed to go to our room and gave her the room card with their hotel logo, but she still told us to wait and check in the system! We were exhausted at that point. Then she opened the door for us, and I approached her and asked, "We showed the proof we booked a room in your hotel (room card), don't you know your own hotel card & walked off." The have the courage to mumble at the back of me “ what’s wrong with this ppl “ …. I get on my nerves and question her back … she were super rude !!!! Very very bad service !

        The room are very suck. All facilities is quiet old and dirty. The toilet smell badly when I was bathing. Also, the toilet bowl is super duper dirty, it look like didn't wash for 10 years. The cleaner didn't responsible through customer. Won't came for second time.

        Room was good and cozy. Toilet was good. No window view. Tv not many channel and no Netflix. There's glass in the room but no hot kettle. I think problem for me was reception only gave you 1 card. RM 50 depo if you want 2nd card and only have to give cash. That's that
