        Overall a poor experience. Check in is confusing as a casually dressed stranger approaches you in an empty lobby. Then escorts you to the room but provides little information on how anything works like TV and hot water. There are no written instructions. Its an apartment hotel so casual but beware as Agoda and others do not maket this clear. Booked and paid extra for the bathtub but it never worked. Apparently only hot water for shower (whats the point??). One of the “agents” also entered while i was in the shower. Very unprofessional. It is a big space, and nice views. So not terrible.

        Overall a poor experience. Check in is confusing as a casually dressed stranger approaches you in an empty lobby. Then escorts you to the room but provides little information on how anything works like TV and hot water. There are no written instructions. Its an apartment hotel so casual but beware as Agoda and others do not maket this clear. Booked and paid extra for the bathtub but it never worked. Apparently only hot water for shower (whats the point??). One of the “agents” also entered while i was in the shower. Very unprofessional. It is a big space, and nice views. So not terrible.

        As long as you don't know the registration counter here. The room manager is a Bangladeshi citizen. The room is ok, only one of the bathrooms is leaking and the water is flowing all the way to the room carpet. Removes foul odors

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
