Out of expectation. Strongly recommended for everyone. This is one of best hotel I've ever stayed. The food is tasty, hotel"s design is unique. Staff is friendly and caring. It brought the success vacation trip. Absolutely love to come back.

Excellent place! Very good and friendly staff! Room was clean and spacious! Karen was very friendly and went all out to serve us! He was extremely patient with us! Me and my friends really enjoyed ourselves here! Oh and they have an amazing pool to chill as well!

The hotel has the rustic charm of Cambodia, and the ambiance is full of elegant artifacts. The staff and service was absolutely good, especially Srey Pich and Mr. Say, who were always helpful with their smiling face.Rooms were comfortable and clean.Also, we all had the traditional Cambodian spa treatment which was just much needed. The location of the hotel being near to the shopping area and Pub Street definitely adds a crown to the hotel. Breakfast spread was good too, and the food was simply great with Khmer cuisine. We had an incredible stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wishes to come to Siem Reap.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me book a guide for the small circuit at 9:00pm for 8:00am of the following day. Our guide, Ratha, was friendly and always knew where to go to avoid the crowds! The room, on the other hand, was just okay. I feel I could’ve gotten a better hotel for the price we paid. Nicely decorated but the bathroom was small and looked tired despite an obvious recent renovation. It’s more like a 3* than a 4*, so bear that in mind. Breakfast is not worth the extra cost if I’m being honest. Wouldn’t stay here again, but if you decide to stay here, it won’t be terrible either.
