        1 min walk from the main bus station. Excellent for those arriving at slippers. The reception guy waited for us (sleeping at the reception) and give us a key right away (we got the around 2.30am). Breakfast not included as booking says. The room was 4/5 clean. Big rooms.

        1. We visited this hotel only because we arrived 4 h earlier than expected. They Check in us at 3 AM and during conversation with the owner/ menager and agreed for prize 250 000 vnd with stay till 12:00, next day when we wanted to check out prize from nowhere went to 300 000 vnd. 2. Rooms look like they surrender for long time, everywhere (on the floor, bed ) was wet 3. Air conditioning/ heater not working 4. The room is very cold. During the night you can freeze 5. Bathroom don't have hot water and is everything broken. 6. Everything very dirty

        We stayed one night, the bed was not clean and there were termites everywhere in the bathroom. The only reason we stayed was because we arrived late in Sapa. The only redeeming factor was the receptionist was nice. Would avoid

        The only thing good about here was that the staff was nice. Other than that, my stay here was not pleasant at all. First, the hotel did not have soap at all for some reason ??? We were told we had to buy our own soap down the road. Second, the hot water was not working and when we inquired about it, they said they had turned it off. When they turned it back on, it was only for a timed duration— barely enough time for 2 people to shower. Third, the rooms were really dirty. There were things left over from previous guests and the sheets did not seem clean. I found some hairs and there were stains. Please do not book here.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
