        I recently had a less-than-satisfactory experience at this hotel and felt compelled to share my concerns. The service at this hotel is subpar, and there are significant issues with the way the receptionists treat visitors. On 13 January, during a walking interview at Alzahra hospital, the receptionist directed applicants to the backside, instructing us to enter the basement parking to access the elevator. It was disheartening to witness nurses, dedicated professionals serving the community, being directed to the parking lot while the ground floor offered easier access to the elevator. This raises questions about the hotel's commitment to providing appropriate facilities for events it hosts. If the hotel lacks the necessary space and facilities for such services, it brings into question why they accepted the responsibility in the first place. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement. It is crucial for hotels to prioritize the convenience and respect of their guests and visitors. I encourage the management to address these issues promptly to ensure a more positive experience for future guests and event attendees.

        Room very dingy and old fashioned. Cockroaches in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, not clean. Musty smell. Definitely would not stay again.

        Horrible experience. Stayed for 7 nights. We were given a room which had lots of problems. First day itself the water leaks in the bathroom flooding the floors and room carpets. The bathroom handle and door is another joke. Housekeeping service is terrible. I was on vacation here but I had to follow up every hour with them like I do at work to send someone up to clean the room as if they were paying me to stay there. Completely unacceptable. The amount they charged me was in 4 digits AED and this is what i get? The people at the reception are rude. They are not at all fit for the job they are doing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst experience in my life.

        They do everything to ensure that our services are up to your expectations. All of our rooms and common areas are equipped with air conditioning and give you free access to high-quality Wifi. From the Standard Room to the Suite, you will have a flat-screen TV, a mini bar, a safe box, a comfortable bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub in a nicely decorated room. Inside the hotel, several restaurants and lounges will provide you with delicious cuisine in a privileged setting. When sunny days are coming, the outdoor pool will be your favorite place.

        I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for an extended period from March to August, and my experience was truly exceptional. The dedication and professionalism of Mr. Pramod and Mr. Sujay from the management team were outstanding. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail, prompt assistance, and friendly demeanor truly made a difference. The hotel's facilities and services were top-notch, and the personalized care from these two individuals made it feel like a home away from home. I highly commend their efforts and the overall experience at this hotel.
