        Small and cozy. This is not a fancy hotel, but very accessible and things work well. It has the “family owned business” feeling. Staff was vey helpful and the rooms are very clean and likable. I’d stay here again if I travel “cost aware” but want to be central and walkable.

        Golden Tulip or "Plastic" Tulip? We never had such a bad room and service in any 4 star hotel before. They charge you all in advance but the service they give is of one star hotel. 1. Room was so tiny that only a bed could fit in that room. 2. Bathroom ceiling was so low that my husband (6 feet tall) hurt his head many times using toilet (pic attached) 3. No standing shower, only Tub was there. How a tall man can sit and take shower in a tub? 4. No room service available. We had to take our suitcases on 4th floor room and brought it back when we checked out. 5. Even for tea or water bottle they said no one is available and we need to go and bring the tea/ water. 6. Small balcony the roof was so accident prone that I hit my head when I stood up from the chair. 7. The hotel looked very old and unpleasant smell. 8. No microwave. The only one thing which was good is this place is close to the beach and trade show area (15/ 20 min apprx) otherwise I will give this place a "Zero" star.

        I think you get what you pay for here (outside of a prime festival week): Pros: -great a/c -Large room ( I had one of the lofted bed rooms) with a great getting ready area with lots of storage and shelf space -large bathroom -mini fridge -big window w/blackout curtains -large desk area -multiple outlets -safe -good maid service -friendly front desk service Cons -area off the the main area and you need to cross a large road on foot- feels a little sketch - took Ubers home at night to not have to walk around area alone -pool area has chain link fence and barbed wire -large security video system in the lobby of hotel makes it feel like you are at a motel -no ironing board in room but there is an ironing area -key card got deactivated every single day -bed wrapped in plastic cover that makes sleeping very loud and very hot -parts of room are very dated (bathroom) flaking paint etc

        The Team was definitely very helpful and extremely friendly during our stay. Unfortunately we experienced an AC outage affecting the entire first floor that was caused by the city lasting for 1 day. The staff was extremely accommodating with providing us with a fan to help with the heat. Location is very close to all the shopping and restaurants. I would recommend for families traveling with young children in the Cannes area.

        I had a stolen item and they haven’t done nothing about it! The manager saw in the CCTV that I arrived with a big and expensive hat (it was 50cm larger) and after they changed the room as the previous one wasn’t secure for toddlers, the hat disappeared. They couldn’t say if was the new guest or a member of staff who took it. But if they can stole such a big item I wouldn’t feel safe taking jewellery or any other valuables items in this hotel. This was the first time I was robbed in a hotel, they should at least offer some kind of refund but it was a “sorry” and nothing else!!
