We had a private event at Tita Restaurant on the top floor. It was not the first experience because we often visit this restaurant just for business dinner and dinner with friends. Our experience was totally outstanding, it went above all expectations. Manager Mariam was very helpful from the first minute of our communication and supported us in everything. Food and cocktails were amazing and very delicious. We have spent unforgettable time till late night at the Restaurant. Would definitely recommend this venue due to the shocking views, service and food!

We had a group booking at the rooftop restaurant, arranged few weeks earlier. However, we got seated near a terrace door, every time door would open, we would get freezing wind on our 20 person table. We had no other choice but to leave the place, leaving behind the prepayment etc. Service was very bad, and we felt betrayed. Never coming back!!! and not recommending to anyone, Tbilisi has enough cool places to spend the evening.

A nice place with amazing views on the old town TBS (if you get a table that is) with average customer service. Went to this place for a late dinner on Friday and the first thing the waitress said was that all tables were booked l, even though the place was practically empty. They didn't even ask what we were here for or how long we wanted a table for - no attempt to problem solve on their feet or please customers, pure transactional approach 👎👎. We ended up sitting at a table with the least views, but the food was good so I guess not completely disheartened about the place. Good customer service is very hard to come by in Georgia regardless of the place I guess. Will try again in the future and update the review accordingly.

The hotel stay was great experience. Toilet pipe was available in the room we stayed. Breakfast was good. Altogether it was good for hotel stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
