The hotel is very accessible to the main road. Big and small shops are just few steps away. Location is very good. The room I stayed in is cozy and spacious. It was comfortable enough. I had a long stay in this hotel and daily my room was cleaned. Fresh towels and linens everyday. Water and toiletries are replenished daily. Enough drinking water is available. Daily breakfast buffet is very generous. You can request certain type of foods. The restaurant manager is very polite and hospitable. Even the housekeepers and waiters are well-mannered. They do their job professionally. Overall, the hotel is worth staying and there is value for money.

Not a fan of the location but it is conveniently placed for business and if you're passing through. The service is top notch! Breakfast was good. The rooms are well maintained and really decently sized. The only issue is the rooms are not sound proofed and as such you can hear everything in the corridor including some very inconsiderate guests who scream, shout and run around at odd hours over the Diwali festivities. Overall though, I really have enjoyed my time here and I've literally lived in this hotel for almost 2 weeks now.

Couldn't even imagine hotel with this reputation will have this kind of rooms. After paying for deluxe room we got small room whose bed was making cracking noise even if we sit on it. No proper shower system no bath tub. No any view from room, no any window to room, just a compact box. Even after pressing make up my room, nobody shown up for cleaning in our two days stay. The only good thing was its breakfast menus and few staff members. Even receptionist wasn't that responsive. Not even ready to give water bottles

The hotel is amazing and such a value for money when it comes to room size, amenities, location which is amazing and everything available nearby. In such a busy area they have a huge basement parking which is a plus point and they have a restaurant with a very good food and I must say Sourabh was very courteous and he served us well and all the staffs were amazing. I wish all the best and keep up your service.
