        My experience at this hotel left much to be desired. The check-in process was a nightmare, as we had to wait for a staggering 9 hours in the lobby, which was incredibly frustrating. We had already paid for our stay online with a card, but the hotel claimed that we hadn't paid, resulting in a confusing and frustrating situation. Once we finally got to our room, we were met with disappointment. The room was not only small but also quite dirty, which was disappointing and uncomfortable. Additionally, the location was far from ideal, making it inconvenient to access the city's attractions. One of the few bright spots was the indoor pool, which was nice and provided a bit of relief from the other disappointments. However, the staff didn't do much to improve our experience. They weren't friendly and came across as arrogant, which added to our frustration. My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory, and I would hesitate to recommend it to others.

        Good service and polite staff. When we were at the hotel, our son had a birthday, so we wanted to surprise him in the room. I contacted Esra from the Guest Relations Department and she did a fantastic decoration. She is very kind and responsive person. 🥰

        The location is inconvenient. There is construction everywhere. Car parking is small. There is a strong chemical smell at the entrance. The staff is polite and responsive. But for some reason he asks for everyone’s passport. Other hotels don't ask. This is a big minus for them. Breakfast is poor. The choice is not very large. And every day it's the same. Room for 4. Temperature not regulated. Wi Fi is very weak. The ventilation on the toilet does not work. And the TV also doesn’t work well and the quality is bad. And you need to replace the broken cups. This is a big minus. The hotel is rated 3+.

        I would never put this down as a 5 star hotel. Located on what looks like an industrial estate. Taxis charge loads to get to and from any attractions Breakfast was very basic with very little choice. Nothing tasted or looked fresh. Tea and coffee in the room is only provided once a day. And no option to get more. Reception staff most ok but some rude and unprofessional. Spa staff don’t speak any English and not very good and crowd control. I paid €100 for a treatment that was ruined by kids screaming and shouting singing in the same area. With no attempts to quiet the noise. When we complained they did not understand us.

        It's an ok hotel, definitely not 5 stars. Bathroom basin was cracked, ceiling was peeling from damp. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The worst thing was the shower temperature which veered from scalding to freezing continually and very quickly.
