        The manager rungapa is always very nice and helpful. The location is good. Service from staff is good and they are really nice. The rooms are big however very old, require deep cleaning and renovation. This hotel has high potential but requires reforming.

        This hotel is a decent location but not great. The hotel is a bit old and worn down. Furniture is broken or damaged, and some of the common areas haven’t been cleaned for some time. The breakfast has a lot of choices but the quality is far from what you can get other places in Bangkok. The staff is great - smiling and helpful.

        Rooms are not really as shown in the pictures. I was on the 14th floor for 3 people and the room was quite old and maintenance was not as good as it should be for the price and for Bangkok. It was clean, I never had to complain about cleanness in Thailand hotels. The room had a constant vibration with a low frequency sound that wouldn't let me sleep properly.

        Its a fabulous 4* hotel. No frills, but comfortable beds and very big rooms. Conveniently located with lots of taxis passing by. Some aspects of the hotel are a bit run down, but functional and easy going.

        So me and my girlfriend booked this place with miles from a credit card, but upon arrival, because of the time difference we were short a day and had to book another night, the lady at the front desk just Said upgrade, 4000 baht, she essentially just put us into their most expensive room, she said it was all they had but im not sure, anyway, we had to add another night on and it was the same thing, 4000 baht. the breakfast here is really good, the room was really nice as well, I just don't know about the upgrade. the food in the restaurant there was pretty good as well, maybe a tad overpriced, drinks were reasonable.
