I loved this hotel! If you want all the amenities of a 5 star hotel without the exorbitant price tag, this place is the place to stay. I had a large room on the 9th floor. Great water pressure, quiet, and comfortable bed. The only issue was that the rug had stains. The breakfast buffet was excellent, something for everyone including vegan options.

Avoid this place if possible ! They didn’t gave me the room because I had no physical card for the deposit to pay. I had all paid for the room to avoid any others charges I just don’t carry my wallet with me for the nights out, especially I Marseille where it’s not that safe. As we know . Then we tried to get this booking canceled through the agent and get money back, I hopes they could understand my situation. But they never refunded. I understand it’s not theirs fault but I just wanted simple understanding. Why other hotel gave me the room no problem, understood my situation … in overall this place is not even good vibe. Front desc not polite or welcoming . Check in only at 3pm , not even earlier where others are more flexible and they could give you room at 1-2 pm if it’s ready. I travel a lot , and I have a lot of experience. With this one I would never come back.

I was staying their as a guest last week, the hotel is very nice open air set up but found front desk staff not nice when I checked in was ok but when I was walking towards the elevator shaft over heard them mocking me because I couldn’t pronounce French properly. The hotel it self isn’t it such a great area and has no right to make fun someone because they can’t a language properly especially if they are guest at their hotel. Don’t stay

Check in was great and the room was what was expected. This hotel is rated four stars and I'm sure it is but there are a few age things creeping through the surfaces.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
