        We had the best experience staying at this hotel! Special shout out for Dario T. who went above and beyond to help me out finding an Apple store to replace my broken Apple Watch Charger , with just minutes to spare before we had to leave for our Cruise! Every little detail was addressed with a smile from 1st contact to last! The hotel is convenient to Train station and within walking distance to many attractions! Love their roof top bar and the fabulous breakfast!! Would highly recommend to everyone!! Vickie Benton

        Decent hotel with bar/restaurant and a great breakfast. Convenient location for us and neat rooms though our room for 4 was just two rooms, the one you entered into which led into the other bedroom which is where the bathroom was located so all guests had to pass through our bedroom to use the bathroom. Wasn't a big deal for us. Nice balcony yet overlooked an alley.. received a great local dinner recommendation from front desk staff.

        We had the best experience staying at this hotel! Special shout out for Dario T. who went above and beyond to help me out finding an Apple store to replace my broken Apple Watch Charger , with just minutes to spare before we had to leave for our Cruise!         Our room smelt like marinated faeces when we got there, like a sewer. We asked for it to be cleaned and the window opened. And it was fine. But by the following morning, the smell was back. We had to constantly spray the room with perfume before realising the smell was from the toilet. We made sure the toilet door was not opened at any given time. The breakfast was very dry. Out of the 5 days we were there, I had the breakfast once. The location is perfect and the staff are great. The spa was marvellous and the massage was very relaxing. They charge city tax per person per night not per room and they don't inform you of this at check in but at check out. So always have extra money on you when leaving to avoid surprises.

        The hotel staff and manager have serious manner problems. They dont even listen their customer's requests and consider it accordingly. They are not responsive. Service performs very poorly and slowly. Elevator malfunctions. I will not stay again at this hotel. Furnitures in the rooms definitely need renewal or refurbishment.
