I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Gulshan, Dhaka. The location was ideal for both business and leisure travellers, with easy access to shopping and dining. The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-appointed, and provided a comfortable night's rest. I also appreciated the hotel's delicious breakfast options. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Gulshan, Dhaka!

The golden Tulip The Grandmark Dhaka. The hotel is located in a great area with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The decor is modern and stylish, and the amenities are excellent. I especially loved the rooftop swimming pool and fitness center. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food at the on-site restaurants was also delicious. My only complaint is that my room was a bit noisy due to the street traffic outside, but the hotel provided earplugs, which helped. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dhaka.

This is a 3 star kind of hotel. Rooms are good. Food in the hotel restaurant is very good. Room service and safety is very good. All the basics are great. We had an event here and we got great support from the staff. There are areas of improvement but it was ok. Overall cost to value was good. Good places to shop quite nearby. Trip to airport was easy. 20 to 30 minutes based on when you travel. Easy to get an Uber too. But warning for those who donot know Bengali language. You will struggle to read the car number plates as they are not the English numbers and Uber gives the number plate is English. The staff speaks English but drivers don't speak Englisg.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
