Staff are friendly and accommodating. Hotel is old but well maintained. Room is clean. Their restaurant serves good food. Since USC are just a few steps away, students and young professionals are staying because of the relaxing and quiet ambiance.

An old hotel with old utilities. Aircon is loud, room does not look inviting, but it's clean. Basically you get what you pay for. There's a narrow entrance with vehicles only able to enter one at a time. There's not much parking as well. If you're looking for a quick hotel to get by, then this is okay for you.

It's a great hotel for workshops. The food is great and the newly refurbished rooms are great. The food is tasty but i go gaga over their bread (special mention to ham and cheese which is to die for ;) The rooms are comfortable even for quadruple set up. It's location is accessible however, the parking area is really a challenge because of very limited space.

It is a very good location if you want some place where everything is near; market, mall, tourist spot, convenience store, and fast food. I had a good deal with agoda for this place for two nights (1600++). Some of the things that this place needs to improve are: ▪ lights - we need yellow lights in the rooms not white ▪ odor - im not sure if it is the wood bed frame or the air that comes out of the aircon or there's a sewage outside but it stinks. I think in my room's case, previous male visitors leaned on the wooden headboard (topless and sweaty) that makes it smell. The bedding, especially the pillows, have not been washed properly or the main pillow is really old, which causes it to stink regardless of how clean the pillow cases are. This place is good for its price. If your flight arrives late at night and you want somewhere cheap to stay, this place will do.

Place was ok for an overnight stay. Facilities are old but somehow clean. You need to bring your own towel if you will stay here longer. They use towels which looked like they've been reused a hundred times already. Also it was difficult to call their frontdesk and housekeeping.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
