Had a lovely stay here and staff were very patient and understanding. Rooms are clean and the bed is so so comfortable! My sister and I slept the day away here. TV is available with basic channel. Location is great and there are many food options around. Hotel is also just a few minutes walk from Hero groceries store. Super convenient 😃

I have been staying in this hotel for a year, I will be leaving tomorrow. I feel I have been taken care. Mr Mok, Lonia, Kamarul, Ezlynn, Asddy and all other staff have always want to do more for me but I feel the hospitality all the while has been great and to my expectation. I know this hotel is beautuful and I like it and they will take care of you.

Will stay here about 1 month for training. Today is only week 2 but i would say I feel welcoming & happy with the services. All the staffs here are helpful. They clean my room throughly. They are also thoughtful as they give extra mineral water and instant coffee for me since i will stay longer.

Make sure bring your own toothbrush and colgate. They serve clean towel, organize all things inside , a bit small no space to use on the floor except stand, quite suitable for stay and sleep only...good service and staf have bright smile...

The room was standard, but it is clean and quite quiet so its good to have rest after a day of work or travel You just need to walk to get to shopping mall and restaurant and it has good food too

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
