        Room was quite spacious. The location is excellent next to the subway and malls.. The hotel is a bit old looks closed in places and does not deserve a 5 star rating very standard should be 3 star. The breakfast has few options for the Western style, mainly expecting a 5 star standard but catered mainly for Asian and insufficient. No amenities very poor , TV Poor, No Bar/snacks in Room , No Bar in hotel full stop and no restaurant or room service if you were coming late from a show had to bring food/ drink back with you. Staff did not speak only Chinese very limited when asking questions about travelling, changing money etc. Would not stay there again .

        Breakfast was good, there was a lot of verity of food to choose from and the area was quite large. Room was spacious and there was a lot of space to move around and prepare for work. View form the room was a bit disappointing but you could still catch a glimpse of the city. There was also organised transport to Canton fair and back witch was a great thing. Location is also good. There are a couple of malls nearby and also the metro station.

        Love it 😍 every thing you think of they can provide itWithout doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in China ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

        I did thorough research before deciding on this hotel & room type for my parents. Pls note tt my review below is based on my parents description of their stay. I booked the Business room as the pics & features on the hotel website looked promising. However upon checking in, it was terrible. They were given a deserted floor (pls avoid 6th floor!) which looked very dull & the carpet stank when they got out of the lift. The room was very simple, not what was advertised or pictured in the website under the Business room category. There was no safe or latch on the door which made security very poor. My dad had to put a chair at the door in case. They did were only given 1pax of amenties. No key card was needed to go to the 6th floor which was odd because other floors required a key card. The bed felt old & springs from the mattress were worn out till my parents had backache the next day. I had not realised what they went through till they told me about it on their 2nd night & I told them to speak to the manager. My parents said the manager took very long to meet with them & only offered them a protector to use for the bed. Only when my dad insisted on changing rooms then the manager obliged & gave them a proper room. I am so upset as this is not the type of SERVICE OR ROOM the hotel shld be giving to paying guests at a 5* Hotel! I suggest you change your website & not give false pictures & features to the room description, or not sell those terrible rooms at 6th floor at all!

        This hotel is amazing. All the staff are nice and made my stay as pleasant as possible. They made the effort to say hello whenever seeing me. Making me feel welcome. The hotel room itself was nice and big. It had everything you could want and beyond. It was clean and organised. If I was to give a raring out of 10 I would give a 15 out of 10.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
