I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Though it’s not that close to the underground train station, it’s still convenient to get around with the bus stop just a minute (or less!) walk away. There’s a supermarket right next to the hotel and it’s close to the Shida Night Market / NTNU Heping campus. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious my room was. It was so nice that I forgot to take photos of it because I was distracted by the size and cleanliness of the room and bathroom - it was well equipped. Staff were very friendly too and will never fail to greet you when you step in/out of the hotel lobby. With such an affordable price, I’d love to stay here again on my next visit to Taipei.

I am extremely impressed by this boutique hotel! 1. The staff here is friendly, helpful, dedicated to their duties and always made me feel welcomed! Roland, Winnie, Kimmi and Narsha were all wonderful! The check-in process was very professional and courteous. They were very courteous with their services and provide me with great suggestions on local attractions and transportation. I was able to secure my luggage there until I was ready to go to the airport. Wang Lan in Housekeeping is very sincere and dedicated to taking good care of the guests on her floor. She also made me feel at home! 2. I stayed in various kind of rooms, they are always clean, quiet, well-equipped with the amenities. 3. The business center on the top floor has all the necessities such as a quiet space, good wifi, coffe and even snacks! 4. Location is great. Bike station nearby, bus and subway nearby, nice stores nearby and just a ten minute walk to two night markets! I will be staying here again next time I return to Taipei! Highly recommend this jewel!

This place is so 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 The room is very clean and the staff (especially Winnie) is very helpful and kind. Hotel location located closely to Daan Park, suit for people who have workout or running routine during long vacation 🏃‍♀️🌺🍀

Special thank you to receptionist Narsha for helping to find our passports, which were lost at the airport. Wish we could give her 6 stars. Rooms are dark, but are very clean, quiet, with super comfortable beds. Location is close to the Shida Night Market, but 8 to 10 minutes walk to the nearest Guting MRT station. Overall good value!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
