        Friendly host. Too much noise from the staff talking loud. The room smells a bit stinky but not awful. Too much noise either from house doors open/close or walking people on temper floors. The shower was too small so much water spread around. I put the sign that the room needs cleaning but was completely neglected by room service on purpose, this was frustrating. Overall bad value for money and only consider for one night sleep when you have to

        Great location but I wouldn't stay there again. The room had a constant smell like sewers that didn't go away. We ask to have our room changed but never happened. Also, the internet didn't work and on top of that in the mornings while we tried to sleep the staff that works there yelled very loud, which interrupted our sleep. Not a pleasant experience. We were not expecting for luxury of course but the basic things (internet, quietness and not having constant bad odor) where not delivered.

        Excellent location for a fair price. The metro station is a 7 minute walk, and you can get anywhere from there. There also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Clean room. We had the room on the corner, so we only had one neighboring room which was empty. It was super quiet at night. There was a construction next door in the morning, but that wasn't that loud either and it's probably not permanent. The glass wall on the bathroom is a bit weird, but it's perfectly usable with the curtain. Airconditioning is available. It gets damp inside because there's only one window, but you can ventilate the room by opening the door and a window in the common area. The common area was pretty cool, both the kitchen and the sofas.

        Love the park (which is why I chose this accommodation). The reception was very welcoming, happy to see me after one day delay. The room (6) was adequate (window faces the back of the buildings but comes with shutters so I felt very secure) - since it's only on RC (level 2), I didn't have any trouble with getting into the building etc. Only thing to note - the key to the room was this really old fashioned skeleton key which took some getting used to. Best to learn how to use it in case you get stuck outside your room.

        I have to say so far the service is 5 star and my father hasn't even reached the hotel yet! Sara has helped immensely with keeping consistent contact with my father, as his flight got delayed due to bad weather, she has been waiting more than 5 hours now and I cannot thank her enough. Would definitely recommend. Good job sarah👏

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
