        Stayed here the first week of September and it seemed very peaceful and quiet, not too many people. We got room 105/G5 and the view was absolutely stunning during the day and at night. Breakfast was included and set up on your balcony for whatever time slot you ticked and had a selection of items to choose from. The room itself seemed clean and tidy, however we did find a frozen chocolate bar hidden away in the freezer inside of the fridge. 🤣 -1 star simply because the bathroom drain seemed to be a bit blocked and smelly at times. The bath was also missing the plug, which they did attempt to find a replacement for but had no luck, I appreciate them trying though! The staff were all lovely, said hello/good morning and very helpful if you had any questions. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for something on the cheaper side with a beautiful view. (Although you will get a little bit envious when walking past all the expensive luxury rooms/hotels) 🫣

        Absolutely filthy, moldy, insect infested location. I truly cannot believe how this place is being managed, and how the manager(Laura) was unwilling to refund our stay after we had to leave and book something else due to the HEALTH HAZARDS in the room. We checked in and didn’t have 2 beds as requested. The sofa was not made for a bed, and was actually soaking wet the entire time so totally unusable. The shower does not stay hot longer than 3 minutes, and there is black mold in the shower. There was also an ant infestation, and now it makes sense why the manager was walking around with a can of Raid insect spray. We mentioned all of this immediately after checking in and nothing got resolved, and we promptly checked out the next morning and went to a different hotel. We were offered no refund for dealing with BLACK MOLD and an ant infestation in our room, and now have to dispute this with the credit card company. This place is lucky to not get sued, I can’t believe they would rather have me write this review with real images of their mold rather than just refund the nights we had to leave. This could have been so much simpler for everyone if they just owned up to their issue and gave us not even all of the money back but literally just half, when we only stayed maybe 10 hours. EDIT: our credit card company refunded us the full amount, as expected. So just to sum up, we tried to work with management(Laura) on getting some sort of partial refund to work with us and then no review has to get posted and we can go about our day. Management(Laura) said no can do, and now they have a terrible and accurate review, AND they lost the whole amount of our payment instead of working with us on a partial refund. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

        Our 4 days in Gorgona were just amazing. The hotel, the location, Santorini’s beauty, everything were wonderful. But when we thought that it was everything, we got surprised with the service offered by FAYE (the hotel manager), Valendi and the other guys from her staff. They are absolutely speechless! Caring, helpful, friendly, kind, generous, always concerned about providing you the best Santorini’s experience ever! FAYE helped us with a lot of tips about what doing and not doing. She arranged all the transfers, she really cared us as a mother. I do know that Santorini has many options of great hotels. But if you mind being treated very well and having a singular customer service ever, be in Gorgonas with FAYE, Valendi and all Gorgonas staff!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
